Dispute Resolution

The large majority of lawsuits resolve through mediation or some other alternative dispute resolution forum. In addition to representing clients in these forms, both Brendan Hennessy, Esquire and Kay Hennessy Seven, Esquire serve as mediators. Both have extensive experience serving as neutrals. Brendan Hennessy, Esquire has served as a pro bono and contract mediator for the EEOC for almost 10 years in employment matters. Kay Hennessy Seven has a decade of experience serving as a neutral in various types of cases including family law cases. The firm has access to conference rooms in Malvern, Radnor and Philadelphia sufficient for your mediation needs. Mediator rates are hourly. Brendan charges $350 an hour with a minimum requirement of 3 hours. Kay charges $300 an hour with a minimum requirement of 3 hours.
